Direct Communication Solutions is a tech company that specializes in the Internet of Things to provide solutions to customers, as well as providing GPS tracking devices, routers, and other communication technologies.
As a Marketing Intern at Direct Communication Solutions, I created product descriptions on the MiFleet website, a DCS-owned fleet management website, to market our products properly to our customers.I managed DCS’s LinkedIn account and posted advertisements for new/current products. I also designed email marketing content to send to our customers/partners and potential new customers.

As a sales intern, I overlooked leads, managed the steps for business deals, and maintained and established relationships through phone calls to current/past customers. I communicated product qualities to our customers and advised them on the right products. I measured customer propensity to execute specialized strategies so we could reach our audience correctly.
